(Richmond)- Tuition rates may hold steady for VCU students in the upcoming academic year. The university’s administration unveiled a budget proposal that includes no increases for either undergraduate or graduate students. There would be a fee increase of around 150-dollars in the plan. VCU’s chief financial officer said the pandemic played a part in the decision to freeze tuition rates.
