(DC)- Enjoying the view of the cherry blossoms just got a bit harder. The National Park Service says they will be limiting access to the Tidal Basin as well as both East-and-West Potomac Parks. Officials say the decision is in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19. This will have an impact on both waling and driving. Peak bloom is being predicted for April 2nd-through-April 5th.
