(Tysons Corner)- State Police report that a load of fish took an unexpected swim following an accident in Northern Virginia. This all happened yesterday when a tractor-trailer toppled over along I-95 in Tysons. The truck was carrying 41-thousand pounds of frozen fish at the time.
