(Richmond)- The Virginia DMV is continuing by “appointment only” for the foreseeable future. A spokesperson says it’s because the Commonwealth is still in a state of emergency and may reconsider once the emergency is lifted. In the meantime they’ve added services to online options, with over 50 transactions available on their website. The current waiting time for an appointment varies from a week to a month.
