(Richmond)- Graduations across the Commonwealth can have more people. According to the Governor’s office, outdoor graduations may have up to 30-percent capacity or five-thousand people. If the event is held indoors, it will remain a limit of 30-percent capacity or no more than 500 people. Social distancing guidelines will be in full effect while face masks are required.
