(California, MD)- There are no injuries after a brush fire in Southern Maryland. Fire crews in St. Mary’s County responded to Myrtle Point Park yesterday evening for reports of heavy flames. Surrounding volunteer fire departments were also dispatched to the scene to help contain the blaze. There is no word yet on what caused the fire.
