(NoVA)- Two of Virginia’s largest school districts are welcoming back students today. Loudoun County will begin their hybrid learning plan which includes Pre-Kindergarten through fifth graders, English-language learners, and some special education students. Meanwhile, youngsters in Fairfax County are also walking the halls for the first time in months this morning. Among those eligible to return are special education students, early learners, and English-language learners. Both districts have ramped up their safety efforts for students and staff.
