(Richmond)- Free college might be a thing in Virginia. The news comes after the Virginia House of Delegates passed a bill yesterday that would cover community college tuition for low income students. The Senate is reportedly split on their decision while Governor Northam backs the plan. Senate lawmakers have not set a date to vote on the proposal.
