(Richmond)- The iconic Virginia State Police Ford Taurus cruisers will soon be a thing of the past. State Police will begin to switch to a new Ford Police Interceptor Utility. This comes after Ford stopped making the Taurus model they have been using for several years. State Police last made a major switch in transportation vehicles back in 2011.
