Demand Outweighs Supply Of COVID-19 Vaccine In Virginia

(Richmond)- Demand for the COVID-19 vaccine in Virginia is still greater than the supply.  State Vaccine Coordinator Doctor Danny Avula says his office is allotting the doses around the state in varying percentages according to population.  At the moment, the state gets around a hundred thousand doses a week.  Doctor Avula says Monday the entire state will be in Phase 1B.  He predicts it will take around two months for all in that group to be vaccinated.
