(Louisa)- Authorities in Louisa County are warning residents of phone scammers pretending to be law enforcement. According to the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office, in some instances, the scammers even used names of a deputy or detectives to obtain cash. Officials say they will never call the public to solicit payment. Please contact the police if you feel any suspicions.
