(Richmond)- DMV is making some changes so you can more easily access services during the pandemic. Teens will be able to get their new driver’s license by mail instead of having to go to court. Computer-based driver education training — including Class B training — will be online including the final test. And anyone moving out of state will have 90 days to transfer their license of ID to their new home.
