(Richmond)- An around the clock hotline for Spanish speaking victims of violence and injustice is coming to Virginia. It is made available thanks to the Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center. Those people in need of help can call 888-969-1825 beginning on Monday for assistance. The hotline will be available 24-7.
