(Richmond)- The Virginia Department of Health is sending eight-thousand of its coronavirus vaccines to DC. That will help DC vaccinate some of its health care workers that live in Northern Virginia but commute to D.C. for work. This adds on to the 68-hundred doses of the vaccine that DC was allocated by the federal government.
