(Richmond)- Governor Northam is making plans to transform historic sites. It’s a 25-million-dollar project that will include around 11-million-dollars to transform the historic Monument Avenue in Richmond. Governor Northam says that he hopes the move will provide more information about Virginia’s history. The Governor will provide further details Wednesday.
