(Richmond)- There are no plans to require the COVID-19 vaccine in Virginia. That’s the message from Governor Northam’s administration. Officials say Northam won’t mandate the vaccine because they feel that many Virginians will voluntarily take it. The state is still working on its plan to distribute the vaccine once it is ready.
