Wreaths Across America Set With New Rules

(Arlington)- Arlington National Cemetery is changing the way that Wreaths Across America will happen this year. The annual event will allow members of the Military to place memorials over an entire week. This replaces the normal tradition of just one day to lay more than 250-thousand wreaths. Arlington Cemetery will be closed during the week of December 13th through the 19th. A live-streaming event will take place on December 19th, which is also National Wreath Day, as a designated section will be decorated with more wreaths. The cemetery will reopen to the public on December 20th.
