(Lexington)- An investigation is being launched into the culture at Virginia Military Institute. Lawmakers have decided to make changes to Governor Northam’s budget that will now add a-million-dollars for an independent investigation into the allegations of racism at the school. The investigation will look into policies and disciplinary procedures, among other things.
