(Richmond)- Some residents in Richmond are making a last-minute effort to keep the Robert E. Lee statue in place. A group from Monument Avenue filed a notice yesterday that it will appeal a circuit judge’s decision this week to allow the monument to be moved. The judge issued a temporary injunction to prevent removal of the statue during the appeal.
