(Richmond)- Early in-person voting ends tomorrow in Virginia. Elections officials say that voting centers will be open for at least eight hours tomorrow. 5pm is the deadline. Virginians are being urged to turn in their mail-in ballots as soon as possible if you have not done so. Best way to do that is by dropping it at a registrar’s office or at a satellite location.
