(Richmond)- Governor Northam says that 22 million dollas in federal CARES Act money will go towards a plan to distribute a coronavirus vaccine once one is ready to go. The critical workforce like health care workers and other essential workers would come first when the time comes. Heath officials believe the vaccination program will cost nearly 120-million-dollars.
