(Annapolis)- Maryland is releasing its coronavirus vaccination plan. Governor Larry Hogan says the draft includes making sure people with high-risks, along with healthcare, public safety, and education workers get access to the vaccine first. Certain parameters would have to be met before the general public could get vaccinated.
