(Alexandria)- The opportunity to eat in the streets of Alexandria has been extended to allow outdoor dining in parts of the road and on the sidewalks. Officials say the idea behind the plan is to better help with social distancing and bring in additional revenue for eateries during the COVID-19 crisis. This pedestrian-only eating zone will last until March 2021 in Alexandria.
