(Radford)- Radford University is announcing new plans as they continue to adjust to the coronavirus pandemic. The school will offer free exit testing during the week of fall finals. In addition, students will be phased in during the spring semester. As of now, face masks will still be required at that point, and a limited number of students will be allowed on campus.
