Virginia Staying Put in Phase Three

(Richmond)- Governor Northam is in no rush to ease public health restrictions across the state. The Governor says that the coronavirus case numbers remain stable and Virginia has not seen any major spikes in the positivity rate. Northam says he will not make changes ahead of the holiday weekend and as students return to schools and campuses. Maryland is moving into phase three of their reopening plan on Friday.
