(Richmond)- Governor Northam is giving Virginians more time to renew their state credentials. That includes driver’s licenses, learner’s permits, and identification cards that were set to expire though next month. An extra 60 days will be given to people to take care of that. Anyone with credentials set to expire in November will have until November 30th to renew.
