(Petersburg)- Virginia State University is pulling back on their fall plans. The school announced that they will move forward with a fully virtual start. In addition, students will no longer be able to return to the campus for classes. It comes after several universities have experienced COVID-19 outbreaks. The school had previously attempted to have students return to campus next month.
