(Blacksburg)- Virginia Tech students will think twice the next time they decide to go to a party. That’s because a new rule has been instituted that puts a limit of 15 people at those gatherings. The move comes as the school is working to keep students and staff clear from the coronavirus. At least 21 students have tested positive for COVID-19.
