(Richmond)- Electric bills are piling up for some Virginians. According to the Virginian-Pilot, unpaid power bills have reached 116-million-dollars with Dominion Energy. Officials say that a moratorium that was ordered by state officials because of the coronavirus pandemic has forced the amount to skyrocket. Dominion has set up extended payment plans for their customers who are struggling financially. Several other utility companies in the state have customers that owe them large amounts of money.
