(Richmond)- The Virginia Legislative Black Caucus will announce proposals in a special session. The group will look to combat racism with several new policies. Banning chokeholds, restricting the use of tear gas, and ending no-knock warrants are all some of the new policies they will present in the session. No date for the special session has been set but it is likely to happen later in the summer.
