(Richmond)- Another Confederate statue is down in Richmond. Protestors pulled down the Richmond Howitzers Monument using rope next to VCU’s Monroe Park campus last night. The move followed a protest that started in the park, calling for Confederate monument removals and defunding police. The Jefferson Davis statue and General Williams Carter Wickham statue have also been toppled in the last ten days.
