(Fredericksburg)- A Locust Grove man has died following a crash in Fredericksburg late last week. The incident happened on the I-95 entrance ramp from Route 3 when a car hit a pedestrian. He then slammed into a tow truck that was parked on the shoulder. The pedestrian, identified as 29-year-old Louis Rich was taken to a local hospital where he later died of his injuries. The driver did not sustain any injuries but he was charged with reckless driving, and driving without a license among other charges. An investigation continues.
