(Fairfax)- A white Fairfax County Police officer is behind bars after using a stun gun on an unarmed black man on Friday. Police responded to reports of a man walking down a street that needed oxygen, the first officer tired to help the man into an ambulance, but then officer Tyler Timberlake responded and tased the man several times. Timberlake was arrested and charged with three counts of assault and battery after body camera footage was released. The Fairfax County Police Chief said it is unclear why the man was tased and an investigation is underway. The chief said all of the officers in the video are on administrative leave, and the victim is okay after receiving treatment
