(Richmond)- DMV offices will open some of their customer service centers in Virginia today. Governor Northam said that eleven DMV centers will open in seven out of eight regions. Services will be limited and are by appointment only. In the Fredericksburg area, the Southpoint DMV is open. Northern Virginia DMV offices will remain closed.
