(Richmond)- Governor Northam is delaying Phase One of reopening for Northern Virginia. Localities include Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties to remain in Phase Zero until May 29th. The move came after leaders from the area wrote a letter to Northam telling him how their zones have not seen a downward trend in coronavirus cases. The remainder of the state will enter Phase One on Friday.
