(Richmond)- A man convicted in the death of a Richmond police officer is staying in prison for now. The state’s new parole board chair says Vincent Martin will remain incarcerated for up to 30 more days as an internal investigation is completed. The probe is looking into the parole board’s original decision to release Martin, more than 40 years after he shot an officer.
