Northam Says He Will Work With NoVA For Slower Reopening

(Richmond)- Governor Northam will work with leaders to create a slower reopening in Northern Virginia. Officials from Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax Loudoun and Prince William submitted a letter to the Governor over the weekend, expressing their concerns with reopening. Leaders cited they have not seen the 14-day downward trend of positive tests and hospitalizations that was first required to be met in the Forward Virginia blueprint. Northam is expected to provide more information tomorrow about delaying Phase One for Northern Virginia.
