(NoVA)- Leaders in Northern Virginia want Governor Northam to reconsider his reopening plan. Local officials in Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties issued the joint letter because they are not seeing downward trends like in other parts of the state. Northam plans to start reopening the Commonwealth this Friday. Northam has said he would look to reopen Northern Virginia later if the region acted together.
