(Richmond)- Governor Northam says some parts of the state might keep their coronavirus restrictions longer than other areas. Northam said that areas like Northern Virginia and the Eastern Shore might have restrictions extended on public gatherings and businesses. He cited those areas are still hotspots for COVID-19. The Governor announced earlier this week that he might begin the first phase of reopening the state next Friday.
