(Lake Anna)- Investigators are blaming the weather for a deadly boating accident on Lake Anna. The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries says cold water and high winds played a part in the death of Deep Run High School student Gabe Henderson in late April. He was in a boat that hit a shoal and started filling with water.
