(Richmond)- Voters in Virginia will not need a witness signature for their absentee ballot. That’s the ruling from a federal judge yesterday. Judge Norman Moon said that it is within voters’ constitutional rights because of the coronavirus pandemic. Governor Northam has encouraged voters to vote absentee by mail in the upcoming primary elections.
