(Richmond)- The General Assembly returns to Richmond tomorrow for a one day session. Lawmakers will be taking up the Governor’s vetoes and proposed amendments, with the House Delegates meeting under a canopy outside the Capitol. The Senate will meet outside an event space at the Science Museum of Virginia. The lawmakers will be asked to wear masks and will be seated far apart.
