(Richmond)- Governor Northam has issued an executive order that will authorize the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority to defer license renewal fees for 90 days from their original expiration date. Licenses that expire in March through June are eligible. In addition, Northam is now allowing restaurants and establishments to allow the delivery or takeout of mixed beverages.
