(Richmond)- Drivers should be aware of changes at toll booths in the Richmond area. Attendants are not currently stationed on Powhite Parkway, the Boulevard Toll bridge or the Downtown Expressway due to the statewide stay-at-home order. The Richmond Metropolitan Transit Authority says that means drivers need to be prepared with exact change, or use an E-Z pass. Cash isn’t accepted at this time.
