(Roanoke)- The Virginia Coronavirus Fraud Task Force is urging residents in the commonwealth to be on the lookout for scams connected to their economic impact payments.  Government officials are anticipating scammers will start offering advanced fee schemes like student loan relief and increased social security payments.  Citizens are reminded to never give out bank account information, as the IRS won’t be asking for it.  Direct deposits are expected to go out as early as this Friday.
