(Richmond)- Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax is calling out Governor Ralph Northam for not setting strict guidelines for residents. Fairfax said in a letter to the Governor there should be a ban on mass gatherings and a closure of bars, restaurants and gyms during the coronavirus outbreak. As of last night, Virginians only have limits of ten people in places like bars and restaurants.
