(Richmond)- Governor Northam is making changes to child care facilities in the state due to the coronavirus pandemic. Northam said he is implementing a rule that will limit the classroom total number of children and adults to ten. State officials are requesting that day care centers also eat in the classrooms and only allow one class at recess at a time. Tips will be given to leaders of the facilities to help keep children at least six feet away from each other and how to practice social distancing.
