(Richmond)- Governor Northam is asking people to be a part of the solution. He issued a ban yesterday on gatherings of ten or more people in businesses across the state. It won’t affect some, like grocery stores, medical facilities and distribution centers. Those people who are at high-risk, residents 65-and-older and people with chronic health conditions are being asked to self-quarantine. The emergency order stopped short of closing dining areas in restaurants, who’ve been encouraged to offer curbside pick-up.
