(Matthews County)- A mother is being accused of sex trafficking her 15-year-old daughter. Matthews County Sheriff’s Office reports that 53-year-old Billy Hooper was denied bond after being accused of trying to perform sex acts on the teenage girl. Hooper allegedly propositioned the teen to take pornographic photos and perform oral sex in exchange for money. Court documents claim her mother was paid to bring her daughter to Hooper’s yacht between April and June last year. Hooper is charged with more than six counts of child pornography-related offenses. The teen’s mother was arrested while the allegations are being investigated. The case is scheduled to resume on March 30th.
