(Richmond)- Virginia will soon be offering a non-binary option for residents who don’t identify as a man or a woman. Yesterday, the Virginia Senate passed a bill that would require the Department of Motor Vehicles to offer three sex options to applicants: male, female, or non-binary. Other states adopting similar legislation include California, Minnesota and Maryland.
